Flight Concept by Aerosim Experience gives the public a taste of what it is like to fly a modern jet, in an Airbus A320 or Boeing 737-800NG simulator, under the guidance of one of our instructors, who will sit beside you. No prior experience is required. You may bring a friend or family member as an observer.
The flight experience is divided into three stages: check-in, boarding (with a briefing in the cockpit), and finally the flight.

Flight Concept Flight
It is a free flight, so you have several options to consider: choose the departure airport (from the selection we offer), weather, system failures, repositioning, a full flight (from engine start at the gate to shutdown), among others. This flight includes a briefing in the Airbus A320 or Boeing 737-800NG cockpit.
This flight was created exclusively for those who have basic knowledge of operating these aircraft, or who are accompanied by someone who does, as this flight does not include in-flight assistance. Our staff member will take the simulator instructor seat (located behind the cockpit seats).
Flight Packages
These are Flight Concept by Aerosim Experience hour packages at a reduced price. Purchase instructions: click “Come fly” and then “Packages”, where you can choose one of the three packages we have available. After purchase, under “Bookings” you can make your reservation for 01:30 or 02:00 (depending on the package chosen).

Yes, provided you do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, within a maximum of 6 months from the purchase date. Otherwise, as well as in the event of a no-show, the service will be considered used and you will lose the right to a refund.
You can visit the simulator by appointment.
It is not possible to try the simulator before purchasing your experience and scheduling it.
No. Our instructor will guide you throughout the process to ensure the mission is a success.
There are two pilot seats—the Captain’s seat (on the left) and the First Officer’s seat (on the right). We also have space reserved for observers.
Yes. If you have difficulty being in a confined space, as is the case with a real or simulator cockpit, please call our store and schedule a visit to our simulators before purchasing your flight.
No. Our simulators are fixed-base devices. However, the combination of high-fidelity visuals, sound, and vibration provides an incredible, unique sensory experience.
