I had not yet had the chance to share my experience and it was simply spectacular. It exceeded all expectations. My experience as a simulator instructor at Flight Concept lasted about a year and a half. During that time, I greatly developed my customer service and interaction skills and also gained brief experience teaching basic flight concepts and aircraft systems. All this knowledge was valuable in transitioning to the airline, where I now work, giving me easier communication and deeper knowledge of the aircraft I fly, having logged several hours in the B737 simulator. I don’t like flying, although I’ve done it without fear and always as a passenger. That is, until I arrived at Flight Concept and took the co-pilot’s seat in the cockpit of the B 737 to take off from Lisbon and return half an hour later, absolutely blown away.
